Northern Lights

Here in Wisconsin, we often are lucky to see the northern lights. This shot was taken in front of our house.

Conducting at Camp Randall

This last October I had the wonderful experience of conducting the University of Wisconsin Marching Band and the UW Alumni Band. With over 600 musicians, the band was one of the largest groups that I have directed. The weather was a lot more comfortable than the last time I did this. My thanks again to my friend Mike Leckrone for the offer.

Haleakala

Last summer we spent some time in Maui. One of our favorite places is the extinct volcano Haleakala which is very popular at dawn. This shot conveys the feeling of the beauty of this area.
